Hey - I’m Raymond Lau, founder of Pinnacle Rehab and Performance.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people — from everyday gym-goers to athletes competing at the highest level — with one goal: to help them move better, feel better, and perform at their best.

My background blends clinical rehab with performance coaching. I’ve worked with athletes across a range of sports, from high school teams all the way to Olympic-level competitors, and bring that same performance-driven mindset to every client I work with.

Whether you're dealing with a frustrating injury or just not moving the way you used to, my job is to guide you back with a plan that makes sense, adapts with you, and gets real results — no fluff, no guesswork.

  • First - Book a FREE Discovery Call to see if we are the right fit. If we are, you will be scheduled for an 1:1 Online Consultation where we go through everything from injury history, movement assessment and your goals.

    You will then receive a personalised rehab program tailored for your injury delivered via our app with videos and support.

    You will receive weekly check-ins and calls with everything you need as you progress through your rehab journey.

  • Our goal is to help you with as little sessions as possible - and without a “maintenance plan”.

    This will also depend on a variety of factors such as: what injury you have, your adherence and commitment, and what your goal is, etc.

  • Because world-class treatment doesn’t rely on passive care such as massage and modalities (like ultrasound).

    If you want to move better - then you will have to do exactly that - move and exercise.

    Research also suggests that movement and exercise is just as effective, if not better, than massage and adjustments.

  • Our consultations are not suitable for individuals seeking a “quick fix” or “miraculous” exercise solutions, basic stretches, or passive treatments. They also are not meant for those unwilling to commit to the effort required. Our objective is to assist individuals who aspire to achieve more than mere pain relief — those who are dedicated to regaining their passion and returning to their cherished activities.
