3. Telehealth (Online Care)

Telehealth services may involve consultations conducted via video or phone. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Telehealth is a suitable mode of care for many musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions, but may not be appropriate for all conditions.

  • Our practitioners may recommend an in-person consultation or referral if clinically required.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate health information and a safe, private space for the consultation.

  • While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of telehealth communications, we cannot guarantee against all potential cybersecurity risks.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked via our online booking system, by phone, or in person.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • For telehealth services, payment must be completed prior to the session.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Health Fund Rebates & Medicare

  • You may be eligible for private health fund rebates depending on your level of cover and the nature of the service.

  • Medicare rebates may apply for certain eligible services under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP). It is your responsibility to check your eligibility with your GP and provide the correct documentation before the appointment.

6. Duty of Care & Consent

  • All care is provided with informed consent. You will be given clear explanations about your diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.

  • You have the right to decline any part of the care plan and to ask questions at any time.

  • For telehealth services, verbal consent is documented before beginning the session.

7. Results & Outcomes

While we aim to provide the highest standard of care, individual results may vary. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes of treatment. Your commitment to following prescribed exercises and advice is essential to your progress.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

  • All client records, communications, and health information are stored securely.

  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required (e.g., if there is a risk of harm).
