Pinnacle Rehab and Performance

Sports Chiropractic
for Athletes&Active People.

Pinnacle Rehab and Performance is a Sports Chiropractic and Performance rehabilitation clinic in Melbourne. Combining clinical assessment, hands-on treatment, and evidence-based strength programming — so you move beyond pain relief and back to performing at your best.

01. WHO IS IT FOR

Rehab that goes beyond pain relief.

If you're an active person or athlete who's been told to "rest and see how it goes" — there's a better path. Standard rehab and traditional clinics often stops when the pain stops. At Pinnacle Rehab and Performance, we continue until you've fully returned to your sport or activity, with the strength and capacity to stay there.

  • Athletes returning from lower limb or back injuries

  • Active individuals stuck in the cycle of re-injury

  • People who want to understand why they're injured, not just get short-term relief

  • Anyone who wants performance-integrated rehab, not passive treatment

  • Recurrent injuries are often a signal that the root cause wasn't fully addressed. Our assessment process looks beyond the site of pain to understand movement, load, and strength deficits that leave you vulnerable.

  • Every client receives a structured, phased program with clear milestones — from pain reduction through to full return-to-sport readiness. Not session-by-session guesswork.

  • We work with your training and sport goals from day one, not as an afterthought once pain settles. Performance is built into the rehab process.

02. HOW IT WORKS

What Happens

  • We listen to YOUR story to understand exactly what you’re looking for and understand your history, pain points, and your end goal. That way we know exactly how to help you.

  • We look at your entire body and movement patterns to determine what the root cause of your pain is (not just where it hurts). We look at what is actually holding you back.

  • Hands-on treatment combined with targeted exercises to reduce pain and restore range of motion and basic function.

  • We develop a plan with you to get you to where you want to be - outlining every step and milestones. While setting achievable goals - to help keep you consistent.

  • With proper coaching - we help you develop proper movement patterns (ex. squat, hinge, deadlift) so you are better prepared for your activity/sport. That way you can move better and be stronger.

Our programs are individualised and delivered via our training app (TrainHeroic) with detailed instructions.

  • Get back to the sport, workout or activity that you want to do better and stronger than when you walked in. With the option of continued care to build resilience and performance.

03. WHY PINNACLE REHAB AND PERFORMANCE

Not all rehab is
built the same.

Here's how Pinnacle Rehab and Performance compares to the traditional approach — and why the model matters for athletes and active people who want to stay active and come back stronger.

Pinnacle Rehab & Performance Recommended Typical
Chiro / Physio Clinic
Personal Trainer /
S&C Coach
Dedicated 1-on-1 care Full session — no sharing
Every session is 1-on-1 — your practitioner is with you the entire time
High-volume model or short 20-30min appointments
1-on-1 attention, but no clinical qualification to assess injury
Holistic full-body assessment Root cause, not just symptoms
We assess the site of pain and the whole system — movement, load, and contributing factors
Assessment often limited to the symptomatic region only
Fitness-based assessment — not designed for injury evaluation
Structured rehab roadmap Clarity from session one
A clear phase-by-phase plan from your first visit — you always know where you're headed
Session-by-session approach — no programme structure communicated
Training plan available, but not built around clinical recovery stages
Sport & performance integration Return to sport — stronger
Rehab is bridged directly into sport-specific loading, movement, and performance goals
Discharge often at "pain free" — without sport-specific return-to-performance criteria
Sport-specific programming available, but not integrated with injury management
Dual clinical + S&C expertise Diagnosis meets programming
(Sports) Chiropractic qualification combined with an S&C background — both in one practitioner
Clinical expertise only — performance programming requires a separate referral
S&C expertise only — injury assessment and clinical diagnosis outside scope of practice

Comparisons reflect general service model differences and are not intended to discredit other practitioners or professions. Individual clinical outcomes vary depending on each person's presentation, history, and engagement with their management plan. All care provided at Pinnacle is evidence-informed and within the scope of practice of a registered AHPRA chiropractor.

  • We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • A sports chiropractor has training and experience focused on musculoskeletal injuries in active individuals and athletes. At Pinnacle Rehab and Performance, this is combined with a strength and conditioning background — meaning rehabilitation is performance-integrated from day one, not just pain management. Sessions focus on load, movement quality, and sport-specific capacity, not passive treatment alone.

Every appointment is 60 minutes, 1-on-1, with the same clinician. Rehabilitation is structured across clear phases with objective milestones, with the goal of full return to sport and performance — not just pain relief.
